  • When Should We hire a planner

    If you’re looking for full service planning, the sooner the better. We should be one of the first vendors you book. For Month of Coordination or Day of Coordination, popular dates fill quickly. Lock in your coordinator early in your planning journey to guarantee your date and take advantage of our expertise throughout your entire process!

  • Who will be there on my wedding day

    All of our packages include a Lead Coordinator and an Event Staff Assistant. You’ll meet your coordinator at your hand off or final details meeting. She’ll take care of managing everything on the day.

  • Do you offer payment plans

    Absolutely! We require a 50% initial payment at the time of booking to secure your date and begin your planning journey. After that you can make installment payments at your convenience or pay your remaining balance 2 weeks before your date.

  • How long have you been doing this

    We have a combined 15+ years of experience in events. 2024 is our fifth wedding season in Ohio. We’ve planned more than 100 weddings since our first season in 2020 (I know right!) and countless other events. We’ve got this, trust us.

  • What is the difference in your packages

    The main difference is the amount of hands on experience and time we spend with you planning. Our Day of Coordination package is going to be concentrated help and coordination during wedding week. Where our Month of Coordination package has planning involvement approximately 8 weeks out. Full Service Planning is bespoke service from start to finish.

  • Do you travel

    We are based in Cincinnati, OH and operate in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Eastern IN, & Northern KY with no travel fees. That said we LOVE to travel, and we’re happy to plan your wedding or event wherever you desire. If you’re not sure where, we can help narrow it down. Let’s plan something stunning far (or not) away!
